Sanxin QC11K Guillotine shearing machine
First, an operator inputs the necessary parameters—like cutting dimensions, angle, and quantity — either through computer programming or a graphical interface. Once the control system receives these instructions, it precisely moves the back gauge to position the sheet metal. At the same time, it triggers the hydraulic or mechanical system to drive the upper blade holder (ram) downward. Working together with the fixed lower blade, the upper blade exerts massive shearing force on the material, making it fracture and separate along the preset line. This process yields work-pieces with the exact size and shape required.
High Precision and Consistency: The CNC system minimizes human error, ensuring extremely consistent dimensions even for large batches of work-pieces.
High Efficiency: Automated operation cuts down significantly on non-cutting time — such as positioning and measuring—making production much more efficient than with manual shears.
User-Friendly Operation: The graphical interface simplifies programming, making it intuitive and lowering the skill barrier for operators.
Versatile Functionality: Capable of multi-step programming, automatic counting, angular shearing, and other complex operations.
Enhanced Safety: Usually equipped with safety features like light curtains and two-hand operation buttons, effectively protecting operators during use.
CNC guillotine shears are widely used in any industry that requires precise sheet metal cutting. Common applications include: distribution cabinets, enclosures, elevator cars, automotive bodies, kitchen equipment, and architectural decoration.
