When it arrives at your facility, you will be assigned a dedicated senior engineer who will guide you through every step via high-definition video call. We start with a detailed unpacking inspection to verify all components are intact, then walk your team through frame positioning, electrical connection and hydraulic system assembly using clear, step-by-step instructions.
Once the machine is assembled, our engineers use secure remote desktop tools to directly access the DELEM/Cybelec CNC system. We perform full system initialization, precision calibration of the ram and backgauge, and load optimized bending parameters for your specific materials. This remote calibration achieves the same ±0.01mm accuracy as on-site service, and typically takes less than 4 hours to complete.
We then provide comprehensive one-on-one remote training for your operators, covering everything from basic machine operation and CNC programming to routine maintenance and common fault troubleshooting. We also supply detailed video tutorials and operation manuals for future reference. Finally, we guide you through your first test production run, making real-time adjustments to ensure perfect results before we sign off on the installation.
